World’s First Ammonia-Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Combustion Demonstration Line in Ceramic Industry

Monalisa has intensified its research on common technologies such as industrial energy conservation and emission reduction, new green and low-carbon technologies, and clean energy technologies.
Clean energy is the foundation of our green development. We have deployed photovoltaic systems to support low-carbon production.

Our "Ammonia-Hydrogen Zero-Carbon Combustion Demonstration Line" is the world's first mass-production demonstration line for ammonia-hydrogen zero-carbon combustion technology in the ceramic industry, establishing a complete pathway from technology R&D to industrial application.

This demonstration line integrates advanced technologies including ammonia-hydrogen zero-carbon combustion, high-flow ammonia fuel supply system, flue gas emission control, intelligent kiln control, laser online monitoring, and numerical simulation.

We have successfully overcome the technical challenge of 1200–1500°C high-temperature pure ammonia combustion and built a full-process low-carbon system, providing replicable solutions for high-temperature combustion industries.

With an annual output of 1.5 million square meters of ceramic slabs/tiles, the line achieves a carbon reduction of approximately 5,200 tons per year with 100% pure ammonia combustion.
